Discover our new Echo Cloud feature, Live Connect! The feature was introduced in MWC 2023 Barcelona and was made available for all existing users immediately and free of charge. This feature offers you a chance to expand your horizons by enabling total remote control of your devices.

The new feature allows users to control and monitor all Android measurement tools via Cloud, anytime and anywhere. This industry-first feature gives users unique real-time monitoring and measurement control to fully execute any measurements remotely on any of the Echo product line tools. You can use this feature to run tools automatically, support your engineers on the field, control your probes and more, the only limit is your creativity.

The Live Connect desktop view displays Cloud-controlled devices, a chart, and a map. The chart displays e.g. call and data states as well as the band selected. There are various different control options for you to access the information you need. For example, the control bar on the top of the desktop view lets you decide which cellular network you wish to view and the Cloud can also set it automatically for you. By clicking the coverage menu, different viewing modes can be selected and displayed in Cloud. The downlink and uplink throughput options provide you with clear and precise data, and the radio access network can also be selected.

When under remote control, the phone displays information such as the state of the phone, the downlink/uplink speed, and the lock status. All scripts and tests can be remotely started or scheduled. The test run on the phone (e.g. Speedtest) will be displayed on the screen. Test results will also be available. All the relevant phone parameters and different locking states are on your Cloud dashboard, wherever you are.
