Discover our new Echo Cloud feature, Live Connect! Our team introduced the feature in MWC 2023 Barcelona and it made available for all existing users immediately, free of charge. This feature offers you a chance to expand your horizons by enabling total remote control of your devices.

The new feature allows users to control and monitor all Android measurement tools via Cloud, anytime and anywhere. Live Connect enables real-time monitoring and measurement control to fully execute any measurements remotely on any of the Echo solutions. You can use this feature to run tools automatically, support your engineers on the field, control your probes and more.

The Live Connect desktop view presents cloud-controlled devices along with a chart and a map. The chart displays information such as call and data status, as well as the selected frequency band. A variety of control options are available, allowing you to access the information you need efficiently. In addition, the control bar at the top of the desktop view enables you to choose which cellular network to display, or you can allow the Cloud to select it automatically. By opening the coverage menu, you can choose from different viewing modes to be shown in the Cloud. Furthermore, the downlink and uplink throughput options provide clear and accurate data, and you can also select the radio access network.

When under remote control, the phone displays information such as the state of the phone, the downlink/uplink speed, and the lock status. All scripts and tests can be remotely started or scheduled. The test run on the phone (e.g. Speedtest) will be displayed on the screen. Test results will also be available. All the relevant phone parameters and different locking states are on your Cloud dashboard, wherever you are.
